Initiate Your Request
Log into your athlete account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Gear
Place the unused sports equipment back into its original packaging, ensuring all performance tags and security seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
